Home / Terms of Service
Plain-language notice: this page is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney for your specific operations.
By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms.
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the cleaning services provided by NEON BISON LLC. If you request services for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services. The exact scope depends on the service you request and the quote we confirm.
Services may include standard cleaning, recurring service, deep cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, construction cleanup, window and floor add-ons, and related services.
We are not an emergency remediation provider. We may decline or pause jobs involving biohazards, pests, mold, unsafe conditions, illegal activity, or tasks that cannot be performed safely.
Tell us what needs cleaning. We will give a quote, and if the space is different than described, we will confirm changes before continuing.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time, including size, condition, scope, frequency, access, and timing. Starting prices shown on the website are not final quotes.
A quote may be adjusted if the actual space, condition, hazards, access requirements, or requested scope differs materially from what was described. We will try to confirm material price or scope changes before proceeding.
Please make the space safe and accessible so the crew can work efficiently.
If we cannot access the space at the scheduled time, a lockout or reserved-time fee may apply.
Payment is due when service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may accept card, check, bank transfer, or another agreed payment method. We do not collect full payment card numbers through this website.
Recurring customers are generally billed per visit unless a written agreement says otherwise. Past-due balances may result in paused service and may accrue reasonable late fees where allowed by law.
Plans change. Please give us notice so we can adjust the schedule.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Later changes, lockouts, or unavailable spaces may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Recurring service may be paused or ended by either party with 14 days' notice unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
If we miss something that was in scope, tell us quickly and we will work to make it right.
We clean according to the agreed checklist, service tier, and scope. Some conditions require specialty work or are outside a standard clean.
If an in-scope item was missed, notify us within 72 hours of service. Our usual remedy is to return and re-clean the affected area at no charge. The guarantee does not apply to new messes, areas outside the agreed scope, unsafe tasks, or conditions that require specialty remediation.
We train crews to be careful. If something goes wrong, tell us promptly so we can investigate.
Report any claimed damage or loss within 3 days after service. We may request photos, access to inspect, receipts, or other documentation.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, improperly installed items, fragile items not disclosed in advance, or items the customer asked us to clean despite known risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where a different rule is required by law.
Use the website normally. Do not misuse forms, scrape the site, or interfere with security.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Choices page, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
If there is a dispute, we prefer to resolve it directly first.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and a good-faith discussion.
If informal resolution does not work, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Wyoming, unless a different venue is required by applicable law.
We may update these terms. The newest version will be posted here.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the last updated date on this page. Continuing to use the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
